Cancellation Policy

All party rentals require a $250 deposit to be returned within 1 week after the event provided there are no damages to the facility or equipment. If damages exceed $250 there will be no refund and further action could pursue. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or injury sustained while any member of your party is on premise. There will be a $50 fee for canceling and held from deposit. Rentals are only permitted with an adult presented photo ID - This adult will be responsible for attendees and assuring Ohio laws are enforced and no outside alcohol is permitted to minors or other unlawful acts are committed on premises.
